In the Ramadan spirit, HRM Omo N’ Oba N’ Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare 11, felicitated with all the Muslims across the world on the event of the completion of their Ramadan fasting and praying.
The Oba also used the forum to urged Muslim leaders across the globe to remain prayerful for peace to reign over evil and humanity.
The monarch made the assertion in a release issued by his Acting Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Ogiemwanre Victor, prayed that the Ramadan era will soon manifest positively in the social- political economy of the nation.
He disclosed:” the Benin Monarch fervently prayed God, and our ancestors to answer all the prayers, fasts, supplications offered during this period, particularly, against insecurity in and around our country Nigeria.”
“ The Oba of Benin expressed believes, hope that the Muslims prayers and fasts during this Ramadan period will soon manifests positively in the social-political and economy of Nigeria.”
“ His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare ll, Oba of Benin wishes Muslims a happy Eid el-Fitr celebration, which marks the end of Ramadan.”
